Our mission is to cultivate and provide access to healthy varieties of quality gourmet mushrooms grown locally in Montana. In addition we provide quality freeze dried snacks, mushroom cultivation supplies, and live mycelium cultures.  

 

We strive to exceed the expectations of our customer base and produce a positive impact on both our community and the environment.

About Us:

Just like our products and offerings that we have, our company is growing as well. Our company is a culmination of many years of study and intrigue into the wonderful world of mushrooms, mushroom based products and freeze dried food and snacks. We are based in Anaconda, MT and look forward to providing our Montana Made and Montana Grown products to our local community and surrounding areas; and to you, wherever you may be. 

 

Freeze Dried Foods:

We strive to provide the highest quality freeze dried foods and snacks as well as fresh and dried mushrooms and powders. Our Montana Made freeze dried products are made using small batches, instead of large commercial scale runs. This means a fresher product that is carefully selected, inspected and packaged by us. We use the highest quality selected raw products in our production in order to provide a variety of delicious snacks and treats for your enjoyment. We are constantly experimenting with new and additional tastes and flavors to expand our product offerings. The end result is a unique, high quality, enjoyable product that will thrill your taste buds.

Gourmet Mushrooms:

 

As we grow our business we will be making fresh and dried mushrooms for several varieties of unique gourmet mushrooms available direct for purchase. Being locally grown means that we will be able to offer a fresher, higher quality product than the limited selections available in the local stores. In most cases our fresh mushrooms have been harvested within 24 hours (at the most) of the time you enjoy them. This is in contrast to the industry norm of harvesting 5-7 days or more before they even reach you. This means a more diverse selection of high quality, gourmet mushrooms for your enjoyment that simply can not be met without a local cultivator. Even when you do find gourmet mushroom varieties in your local store the condition is usually aged and not as high quality as it could be.

Supplies and Cultures:

We also provide a large selection of cultivation supplies and mycelium cultures for individuals and small scale growers to use in their own cultivation activities. These are the same cultures and supplies that we utilize in our own production facility for the fresh mushrooms that we supply. Don't forget to check out our gear section as well as we bring more products online in our store. We will be incorporating the ability to place single and reoccurring orders for our customers convenience very soon so please keep checking back.
