Ordering / Shipping

 

Currently we direct ship our products only to locations in the United States, (see note below on Hawaii) additional sales venues / drop shipping that we may use may have different shipping restrictions. We will not ship our fresh mushrooms out of state due to the quality of the received product after shipping which we can not control. We do ship our mushrooms in dried form as well as our powdered mushroom products and you can find those products Here.

 

 

NOTE:

 

Mycelium cultures can not be shipped to Hawaii without an import license from the Hawaii Department of Agriculture. In order to purchase mycelium products (all forms) you as the purchaser must complete the process (and pay associated permit fees) and receive your import permit prior to placing your order with us. We are not able to assist with this process. If you complete this process and have your valid import permit, please contact us first before placing a mycelium related order so we can accept the order. We will assist you with sending documentation to us so your order can be processed. If we receive an order for or that includes mycelium products that is shipping to Hawaii without prior documentation, your order will be cancelled and not fulfilled. Orders to Hawaii that do not include mycelium will be processed as normal. 

 

NOTE:

Please note that we do not modify our packaging when it comes to live mycelium regardless of form. We dont not add heat packs / cold packs to the shipping packages as these really offer no advantage and just drive up costs. Many times these heat packs/ice packs have stopped working before the package even leaves our state on its way to you. The best advise on this issue is to be mindful when ordering live mycelium and to make sure that you have suitable arrangements for the package to be brought indoors as soon as possible upon delivery to help protect from temperature extremes. Live mycelium should be allowed to sit for 24 hours for the temperatures to stabilize and the culture to rest before using / expanding.

All items that we ship are sent to the address provided at the time of your order, we do not substitute mailing addresses once an order has been placed. Should an unexpected situation with shipping addresses occur, you agree to work with us to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. This may include cancellation and re-fulfillment as a new order, any associated costs will be at purchasers expense unless the mistake was ours in which case we will remedy at no additional cost to you. Once an order has shipped however we can not change that delivery information. Depending on the ship method used, you may be able to arrange alternate delivery details with the appropriate carrier service. This ability would constitute an arrangement between you and the delivery carrier provider, we are not involved in that process. Please ensure you list your address properly when ordering.

Once your order ships you will be emailed a tracking number for your reference, orders generally ship within 72 hours of payment processing. You will be notified of any exceptions that occur during your order processing that may delay this shipping time frame. Some products are made to order once an order is received, these products will generally be identified in advance of your purchase so you are aware of this information prior to placing your order.
